“Carlyle’s Corporate Catering recently, in the spring and summer of 2019, partnered with Mercer University to renovate the student dining facility at Mercer’s Atlanta Campus. Joey Navarro, with Whitestone Food Service Design, was the equipment and layout consultant hired to redesign and spec a totally new facility. Joey worked closely with us as we navigated the project through the Dekalb County permitting process, build out, and equipment placement. A Which Wich Superior Sandwich franchise service line was incorporated into the project and Mr. Navarro blended the 2 operations together.
